½ Cup Soup, ½ Spinach Salad, Wine Vinegarette

One of my favorite places to eat in Seattle is the Essential Baking Company _(website) which is a bakery/cafe/bar
with it's pastry chef being a chocolatier. This picture is the meal I eat most of the time that I go there (either lunch or dinner). It includes spinach salad with red wine vinegarette dressing, olive-oil soaked Pizza Bianca bread and soup. There is a daily menu and sandwiches are also available. The location of the bakery is in Fremont about two miles from Seattle Downtown.

	Yes it is ... too bad mass transference has not yet been made available. I don't know why - SCIFI has talked about it for many years. (Reply to this) (Parent)
